[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Deduct Premaid Amount

I am using the mobile no.[protected] from last 8 years. My last balance was RS.116/- but due to some mistake I used GPRS and balance become Rs.28/-. If they deducted the GPRS charge then they must charge which ever k.b/m.b I used. You could not deduct the huge amount. I have the record which ever GPRS I used... It's your very bad practice that you are deducting which ever balance the user exist on the basis of that.. Please give me the details which ever size I used..
