[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Deducted 16 INR within a minute after a recharge of 20 INR

RCOM, This is to inform you that I did a recharge of 20 INR on 02/08/2014 around 11 am. Within a minute, my balance reduced to ZERO! Now, this has been a case with me for last 10 days, Already submitted a complain here on 26/07/2014, still there is no solution for that.Below is the link to old complain: http://www.consumercomplaints.in/reliance-communications-wrong-charging-continuo...⇄ This is causing serious harassment to me.Who is responsible for all these meaningless deductions? I am loosing money here on a daily basis. Also, Kindly note, I am not browsing internet since there is no E symbol only.So pls don't state this as a reason of deduction. Solve this ASAP.
