[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Deducting money without any information. | |||
All of a sudden in an emergency when you try to call someone, you will receive a voice message saying "You have no balance". I am frustrated with this message all the time. They deducted around Rs 200 for more than twice and when you call the customer care for information they say the server is down and so they cannot process my request. Every time I loose money I feel like a foolish person. Another problem is whenever we call this customer care, they will always speak in their regional language which we can never understand. We will die asking them to speak in English but they will never do because of which my complaint will never be taken. Please help me here.
