[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Deduction amount from my mobile phone account & online recharged but not yet received my account balance

I am using reliance gsm mobile no..[protected], and many time my balance deducted from account . i am already complaint to customer care but no any amount withdrawal and no any satisfactory answer received . i recharged my account online for rs. 250 but not yet received.
on 01/09/2016 deducted rs.60 from my account
on 02/09/2016 deducted rs. 65 from my account

but no any reply from customer care . it is very bed condition of reliance communications
