[Resolved] Reliance Communications — deduction amount from prepaid mobile without customer consent | |||
Dear sir, I have purchased your prepaid sim card mobile number [protected] few days before, and recharged it with amount rs 60.0, after recharging all amount deducted by you for some value added service charge without my consent. It is totally wrong and unethical. I am not able to reach you by customer care number so when i visit your office person on duty say that you are complaining after 24 hours so deducted amount will not refunded.
