[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Deduction for VAS charges without activation and usage.

Respected Sir, My name is sehul shah and i m using relaince prepaid no [protected].Reliance is deducting VAS charges without activation and usage.18/08/15 at 2:18pm they sent me the msg that they deduct rs3/ as VAS charge and the same date at 2:20 pm they sent another msg that they deduct rs1/ as VAS charge.every 15/20 days they start the same problem and every time i have to rush the grahak seva bcoz they dont take my complaint in customer care service they saying that they cant help me bcoz this is R World problem and saying that "ye baat k liye complaint nahi hota hai and complaint no nahi diya jaata".l m very dissappointed with reliance service.plz sir help me and try to find out the permanant solution.from my account they deduct the amount and also not ready to give the satiafactory ans.every now and than the small amt deduction will become big amount at the end of the month..plz plz sir help me and solve my problem. Thanks.
