[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Deduction in balance amount | |||||
Dear sir, I have recharged by rs.50/-& rs. 21 as talk time and value voucher for 20ps./minute, on 06/06/2017 at 5.31pm. After 5 days i check the balance amount. The balance was 6.49 rs. I surprised by automatic deduction of balance. This happened so many times with so many reliance customers. Kindly refund the balance amount rs.38/ My cell no. On my reliance number there is regularly deduction of balance without reason. I thought it was due to vas but it was not my balance is daily reducing as RS.3per day. The is no vas activated on my no. And also the Sim is not connecting to coustomer care no.
