Dear sir, This is to inform you I am using reliance sim. My number is [protected] before a month I activated 197 rs recharge the offer was 250 local call . I received the MSG but my service had not activated that time. that time I complain so many Times to Customer Care but they always use to say that there is technical issue every time I call they repeated the same word that there is a technical issue please call 2 hours later. Every time I call to customer care I got only one answer . reliance never solve customer problems. Day before yesterday my whole balance had been deducted by reliance. and I called to customer care the same response Technical issues please call 2 hours later.
