[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Deduction of balance | |
There was a message of subscription of ndtvglam on my number [protected] without my concern. And there is a deduction of ₹30 from maon account. I called to custmer care support centre but didnt get help from them as they were saying that it has been subscribed from my side and i didnt subscribed this. My SIM card registration has failed. All these days My M.P SIM card was under active state till 19/10 and I have recd. sms also . But now I am getting this Msg as SIM CArd registration failed. My let me know the genuine reason for it and suggest what alternate can be done to get my SIM registration with the same number.

Sir I am ur old pre-paid customer.I am MD of my company M/s Aryan Expo Pvt. Ltd.This no. uses in my Hotel premises Hotel Kanishka International located at Imlichatti, Muzaffarpur(Bihar).But ur network is very poor in this area.So many customer having Reliance network faces continue problem.So plz short-out problem in this area nd oblige me.

2 month ago, I took a reliance number. Without activate they are sending uses bill, I have raised many complaint on customer care and reliance office but every time they make fool, every time said due to server down they couldn't help, my reliance no.-
