[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Deduction of balance without any service activation | |||||
This is vikas singh, and i am very upset about the service which reliance has been provided to us. They deduct my balance and when i was talking with cust. Care executive mr. Sandeep. He told me the balance will be refunded shortly but yet i am not getting balance by company side. And when i want to call in cust. Care of reliance then it said that the invalid number please dial correct no... Really i am feeling very worst about this company about the service and i am suggesting to everyone that not use reliance'sim. Was this information helpful? | |||||
