Reliance Communications — Deduction of mobile balance illegally and not responding any calls | |||
Sir, I have recharged my GSM no. with 2G data pack of Rs 73 on January 4, 2015 for 28 days duration.Before 2 days, my data balance was approximately 143 MB and since I didn't use it except fb and whats app. Now when I checked my data balance today, it showed NO DATA BALANCE in my account and also my Rs 341 were reduced to Rs 19 in just one day. Moreover, reliance customer care have smartly blocked my no. so that I can not contact them. They are CHEATING very smartly and why the hell we have to face the circumstances. I want my money back but the customer care have blocked my no. Please help me out of this situation. I am frustrated from the SHAMEFUL acts of Reliance. Was this information helpful? | |||
