[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Deduction of money from my account | |||
My name is Hemant Kumar. My phone number is [protected]. The balance on my number was Rs 75 earlier but when i checked it today i found it to be Rs 71. I called the customer care and told her about my problem. She told me that today a service has been activated for which rs 1 has been deducted and on 9 may also a service was activated for which rs 3 was deducted. She refunded me the money which service has activated today but she didn't refunded me the money which has been deducted on 9 may at 2:12pm. she told me that on 9 may a service called Friendship was activated on your number from R-World. The thing is that i don't go to the R-World as i know some problem will arise by going there. So i didn't activated the service. The service get activated by itself. Moreover when the service get activated on 9 may at 2:12pm i didn't get any message from your side that the service has been activated and this happen with both the cases. If i got the message from your side then i surely would have taken some measures right that moment. So please refund me the money which you have deducted falsely without informing the customer through any medium(message). Moreover on 8 may also i got my money refunded from your side for some service which you have activated on your own and for that service also you didn't send me any message informing about the activation of service. The thing is that how could you activate the service without informing the customer about the activation. If the customer doesn't check his account on regular basis you would eat all his money. So, please refund me the money which you have deducted as it is lapse from your side by not informing the customer for the service activation and also activate complete DND on my number.
