Reliance Communications — deduction of my mobile balance without my knowledge | |
good evening sir.
[protected] . this is my mobile number.
even though i didn't subscribe any VAS services, since last fortnight my mobile balance is deducted daily without any intimation.
when i try to make a complaint through reliance customer complaint number 198, they are not answering my call.

after my first complaint, service provider call me but they are not resolved the issue. at the time of their conversation they told me that all deducted balance will be refund to me, but only rs.3 is refund but all not full deducted amount. now also continuously my mobile balance are deducted. As per thier telephonic conversation with me, kindly refund all my deducted balance and stop immediately...
