I bought two new sims nos [protected] and [protected] from RCOM outlet two days before the dealing salesgirl commited me o activate sims very next day means yesterday and guided o contact on 59059. i tried so many times on given no from new nos as well as other RCOM nos but they replied to contact on *333.my bad experiences not ended here i spoke to customer care 198 they refuse to register the complaint as nos are not active. i requested very humbly please forward my complaint to to your verification dept. but they not taken any interest. i am very unhappy and disappointed with this experience and finding shameful why i opted RCOM rather JIO. very bad and poor service will never think to buy any product of this company.
