[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Demand Notice Cum Intimation Letter From Reliance | |||||
I've just got an email from reliance saying that I've got pay 434 rs till 21 Jan else "legal action" will be taken. Seriously??? 1st of all you stopped 3G service without any intimation... I've got only 1 call regarding the upgrade saying that new device will be sent to your registered address (Which I never got)... Then My 3G dongle stopped working even though I've paid my bills. When I went to to your office at Nal Stop Pune, about the 4G dongle, everytime I've got the same ans as "It's not available" . And now you are threatening me of a legal action and demanding to pay for the service which was disconnected by you?? Please check my previous records... My number is [protected]. I've never delayed the payment & 434rs is not a bigger amount, but why should I pay for discontinued service? I have no complain about the speed and performance of your device like others. For me it was satisfactory... But give me a 1 good reason for why should I pay this amount... Was this information helpful? | |||||

How this company does business when there support systems are not sync to the issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
While the season when service was not available, support from reliance was below zero. No one was ready to answer OR take my calls.
