Reliance Communications — didn't get upc to port

I sent text to 1900 to get upc to opt out from reliance but didn't receive my code yet..
Neither able to contact them nor they replying mails.. It's pathetic experience.. Please look in this and help me out..
My rest of the reliance numbers where i got the code but in [protected] is exception.
I heard that reliance is going to shut its 2g network or business by 30th nov. Please look in this
