Happy to introduce myself ashish singh and my mobile number is [protected] Today I took recharge of 152 rs & retailer told me that this office contains unlimited local and std for a month . I recharged the same one when I cheaked inbox I got to know the offer which I get that is something else . Then I called at service centre I had an conversation with one of your executive named Shyamsunder upadhyay. He told me that the offer is changed from 9 feb onwards but retailer had showed me pamphlet stating " unlimited " enclosed with the matter . I attatched the pic of same phamplet. I told your exe who is responsible for the communication gap between the retailer and conerned person . Exe told me that you are not a retailer and before taking any recharege u must have to confirm with us . Then I replied if I have to take recharge of ruppees 10 . Should I have to confirm for the same . Den I asked again have u ever done the same thing which u told me . I deeply regret with the kind of feedback the company has provided .
