The same thing has happened again, i got a call to pay my bill on 13feb, i said i have been charged with 100 rs fine which should be waved off because i had already registered a complaint regarding the same it was not my fault. The guy said he is waving off the charges and i should pay the bill or remaingin amount rs 685. I paid it instantly. But now again the device stopped working.
I want action and a strict action against it now. This is getting very frustrating now.

Now this has reached limit, after being said that false charge of late payment was waived off and i should only pay the regular charge, my current bill displays a late fine of two months. This is really unacceptable and i ask you finally to disconnect my connection and spare me please. This is the worst service. May your company rests in peace.
