I would like to inform you that i am a subscriber of telephone number[protected] of r.Com for which i have paid a sum of ₹2000/- for making it lifetime incoming free along with other charges for instrument etc. I have already paid an advance payment of ₹400/- appx towards my bills. Now company has stopped the services and when i am trying to approach the reliance store they are telling that they unable to help me. Customer care is also not helping me. I have already sent an email to customer care but no reply has been given to me. My request is that either i may be given new gsm landline connection in place of my earlier connection free of cost or i may given my refund of ₹2000/- plus my advance payment.
