Reliance Communications — Disconnected wi pod internet connection

I have availed Reliance wi pod internet connection number [protected] on 19/12/2015. after telephonic address verification and collecting address documents personally by Reliance representative, by connection was activated on 22/12/2015 evening. But on 30/12/2015 the wi pod connection was deactivated and since then we have called at least 50 times at Reliance customer care[protected], Reliance querry Mr. Mohit ([protected]), Reliance representative Shri Gajanan Sharma ([protected]) but they all are telling different reasons but connection is still not activated.
