[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Disconnection despite bill payments and clearance of all dues | |||
My number is in active despite all payments of bills and dues. The customer care executive from orissa are fooling me by saying that the will connect my phone in one hour since last 1 day. They have also misbehaved with me and said that they will not connect my phone for the next 3 days. I am using your network since last 15 years and many of my important calls are being held up due to the inaction of your employees for which I have suffered huge losses. If this scene continue I will be forced to port out of your network once my connection is activated. Was this information helpful? | |||
