[Resolved] Reliance Communications — disconnection of broadband service | |||
I have been trying to contact reliance for disconnection of my service as we are leaving the country. It has been one week that i am trying to call the customer service no. Annoyingly i am being kept on hold for 7 seven mins and still there is no response. Post this i have emailed on '[protected]@relianceada.com'. However, there is no response on that too. My subscriber id is[protected]. And i have been billed for the months aug-oct which i am not going to pay. Please take a note. Was this information helpful? | |||

I tried explaining him that i am doing both since a week but there is no response, that is why I escalated. BUT He only kept on repeating the same thing (keep trying the no) saying that this is the only authority he has and cannot help me further.
