Dear Sir / Madam I have been using the above said reliance no since last many years and paying my bills regularly. My last payment was of Rs. 1400/- vide Receipt No - 1479 (Manually at Reliance Bill Collection Store - Baddi (HP)) on dt. - 29.06.2015 against my mobile bill. But till date my incoming & outgoing services has been not resumed. Even I have regularly in contact with the concerned person (Reliance Bill Collection Store Person - Baddi) who has collected by my bill amount but daily he is making excuses. His name is Mr Sahil & Contact No is[protected]. Therefore your goodself is requested to kindly look into the matter and resolve the issue as soon as possible.
