[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Dishonest deduction of the balance | |||
Reliance keeps on deducting balance of people and same issue had been faced by me. Many times it keeps on deducting a certain amount from my account. It has been a total of nearly about 200rs.that was deducted 2 days back and calling customer care is of no use. I submitted my complain through Reliance's app 'Instacare'. I recieved a message saying your balance was deducted for using TIBCO. I don't know what this tibco is and I didn't use any such service. Was this information helpful? | |||
