I has lodged this complint through this web site on october 12, 2016.
I had purchased reliance dongle. Dongle no [protected] i has subscribed to 1 gb per month for life offer by paying rs.3000 on december 2014
I had subscribed for rs.3000 scheme wherein i had assured 1 gb data per month for life.
Since two months i am not able to browse.
I am getting message that not able to connect to computer.
Can you please rectify the problem & reactivate my dongle

Actually no body from reliance communications called me or attended to the said complaint.
This is just cheating the gullible customer
I donot thing reliance communication will act on this. Teh ywill send the same update as above without doing anything & treat the complaint as closed.
