Reliance Communications — dongle not working from the date of purchase and they are sending monthly bills

I bought PRO3 Network Dongle on Feb 05 2015 from SV Enterprises, Vashi, Navi Mumbai Reliance number [protected]. It was activated on Feb 09 2015 and it worked on the same day and next day onward ie Feb 10 2015 is stopped working. I have registered a complaint on Feb 10 2015, my complaint no[protected]. I have paid Rs 6000 for yearly subscription. Nothing has been done from their side to resolve the issue. If needed I can send you the whole email conversation. till this month they have sent me monthly bills in spite of not providing service and this complaint is registered with them already from feb 15th 2015. Kindly help me resolve it.
