Dear RCOM
I've Purchased Reliance Dongle on 3rd of May and as per the Prev Plan i got Reliance3 HSD validity for 90 days, unlimited data.
On June 8th the Dongle has stopped working(frequent disconnection every 10 seconds), and despite my numerous complaints to CCE/NOC of RCOM, they have not resolved my issue.
Dongle number [protected]. Everytime i call the contact centre, they come up with new reasons/excuses.
Kindly Look into this Matter, otherwise i left with only option of reaching the consumer court.
