Reliance Communications — don't got upc(unique porting code)

Hi sir,
I am a reliance customer from last 7 years. I opted 3 no of reliance.
I have ported my [protected] and [protected] (Rel gsm delhi) successfully.
But facing some troubles with my last no. Which is [protected]. I did
Not get upc which send reliance to every customer. I do it manually but
It not working.
I try my best but can't succeed.
So please help me. This no is also important for me and my work.
