Jio's 4g network has become worse in my place of residence since last month. I've tried complaining through chat in the My Jio app but their automated troubleshooting system just advices me to go to someother place with good signal and their customer support was not responsive either and it's also difficult to get in touch with them.
This is affecting my work as I work from home and rely on their Jiofi service. The situation is the same for my 4 other family members who use Jio.
We have a Jio signal tower just a couple buildings away from my home and this hasn't happened in the last 1 year since we have been using Jio.
Please help in resolving this issue at the earliest.
