[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Drop in broadband speed, no response regarding plan upgrade | |||||
Hi, I am gutted with the way reliance communications handles its customers over the past month. This is regarding my netconnect broadband + connection[protected]... Last month i had my 799rs 10gb unlimited plan up (Speed down) 10 days ahead of the bill date. I had requested the customer care via all possible mail options to ensure i have a speed booster activated for 1gb... Never got a response till date. Then i planned to get my tarif[censored]p to 999 truly unlimited, didn't receive any response... And now i have my plan showing high speed 1x speed despite being just 6.7/10gb on the usage report... This is not the first time it has happened, i have complained on this for nearly 5 times, each time i had to spend a day or so correcting this problem. This time around, reliance have a lousy customer chat option which is only good enough for the lame advertising those brats do. If i don't have my speed back up to broadband/hybrid (The other option), i will eventually quit your network after six years... I also need my pack upgraded to 999 truly unlimited, please do the needful... Was this information helpful? | |||||
