I'm a loyal customer to reliance broadband ltd, for more than 10 years. I have terminated the service on july 1st, i have received a acknowledgement letter regarding this and they have promised me to make my refundable amount payment within 3 weeks. 3 months passed i have received no payment. I tried reaching them on their toll-free number but they cancel the call once i reach the representative and mention them the case. Even i mailed to them couple of times mentioning them that i didn't receive the payment, no one responded to it.
So i would like to take the help of consumer complaints to resolve the issue.
