Reliance Communications — Earlier end GPRS pack

I 've put a 2G data pack for my mobile on Nov 6th. Now it ended earlier on Nov 30 th. I donno why in the earth they are mentioning that the pack is for 30 days. And again i tried to put a net card on dec 2nd . First transaction failed so i tried to do it again.Now they deducted money from both the accounts. I donno what im gonna do with two net cards. I've tried calling customer care, [hope they are having something like that]. I selected my language as tamil even then it routed me to kannada customer care. But they too didn't picked the call as expected. I would like to so some solutions for all the things happened
