[Resolved] Reliance Communications — exceptionally high bill for june-july 2017

Hi,
I have been continuously trying connect with rcom through emails, phones, customer care number since 18 july, 2017. But my problem has not been addressed yet. I am using a post paid connection of plan jalsaunltd_799 wherein all the incoming, roaming calls are free but the bill generated is rs. 2160 for one month which is exceptionally high as compared to rs 799 wherein all the incoming, roaming calls are free and free sms and data pack is available in abundance. Request rectification of the bill.

Updated by Faranjum Nobody has contacted me yet and I will be available on the Rcom number as I don't have any other number. However yesterday when I contacted customer care center, I was told that high charges are due to advance monthly rental of Rs. 824 and change in plan without my consent. They say that since i have been associated with the company since 2014, company has gifted me the changed plan for additional 824+taxes with total billing of Rs 2160 and compelling me to pay it whether I want it or not!
