[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Excess Payment not refunded

I am using my postpaid no. bill was of 571 rupees but i made a payment of rupees 5712 my mistake.

I communicated to mobile store several times but nobody deal help me in such matter also i tried many times on customer care no 198 but they put my call on hold all the time and not able to resolve the matter.

I am requesting you please refund my excess payment made asap else it will force me to take this matter to next level of escalation.

Also, such kind of non response to the customer may lead to loose the customer or may give MNP option to cutomer.
