[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Excessive billing | |||
Recently the cdma connection have been changed to gsm 4g connections. The company officially mailed me on my registered email that i have been allotted 10gb free usage of 4g on the 5th of july for a month. But oh the 14th i get a message that my bill is rs 9603 and my out gongs were barred. When complained they called up and they do not know why they have billed me they are like wait for the next billing cycle. Was this information helpful? | |||

ISD calls is working properly in our premises, So please send the service engineers to check the connection.

My no [protected] has deduct unacceptable amount of rupees.. i recharge with 50 rupee and its turn to 29rupees.. Please reback of amount otherwise i choose a better option
