[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Excessive billing without adjusting waiver promised and non consideration of payment | |||||
In regard to your marking to complaint (made on october 08, 2008) as resolved, i've got an invoice without adjustment of: 1. waiver of 27 days period of interrupted service from reliance broadband, & 2. late payment charges of inr 100.55 (already paid) Further, previous dues of inr 100 has been added to the bill (i don't know why???). seems reliance doesn't possess accounting team who could do their jobs without harassing the customers. For your ready reference, i am attaching the invoice received from reliance broadband which seeks aforementioned adjustments. Please instrument the necessary adjustments and send a revised invoice.
