[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Extra bill

Again, this cycle 05Aug2016 to 04Sep2016, Reliance has increased the bill for my post-paid gsm connection.I already complained about the sudden change of plan from unlimited data to 2Gb monthly data without informing me that resulted in overshoot of bill for the cycle 05jul16 to 04aug16.They made adjustments of approx Rs.130.I had to pay approx Rs.1000. Again this month, they have increased the bill amount. I need to refund for the extra amount I had to pay because of negligence of Reliance Communications. Was this information helpful?
