Sir 1. Vas activated on my number and charges deducted from my balance. There are no any number on which i can talk to a customet care executive to refund my balance. When i call 198, *333,[protected] call ended when the call transffered to a customer care executive... I called hundred times. 2. Is this number (Reliance bihar & jharkhand grievance officer contact details: [protected]) toll free or paid. I wasted rs 10 @ rs 1 per minute to complain about my problem on this number but no use.
