Reliance Communications — extra charging on bills

My name is dr shashi s pandey, am having two numbers [protected], [protected]. I have taken plan of 499 then why [protected] number is being overcharged. I am fed up of all this pls settled my bill in perfect manner otherwise i will port out to airtel. Both of number before due date my out going was barred what should i do? Am totally fed up of all this. Find a perfect solution.
