I had requested to terminate my data connection (No. [protected]) on 29/05/2017 and made an additional payment of rs.129 above my bill amount of rs 1710 (Total: rs 1839 paid) which i was told the amount to be paid up to date and my connection will be terminated within 15days. I requested for termination of my connection due to poor connectivity service only.
To my surprise even after 15days they have not terminated my connection and they asked me to give a fresh request of termination. After giving fresh request again they have sent me a bill for the current month and threatening that they would take legal actions against me.
Inspite of making full payment and not using their service, i am being forced to make payment repeatedly from their end which is creating me a lot of mental agony.
Kindly resolve me this problem.
