As a reliance customer for more than ten years, i would like to mention that my reliance sim card needed a replacement due to mishandling. I approached reliance stores, maniktola, kolkata on 21.9.2016 around 12 p. M. They verified my identity from the computer data base and asked me to come in the afternoon for getting a new sim. When i again went to this shop in the afternoon with all the required papers, they declined to provide me sim card and in a very rough manner said that it is not possible for them to comply with all the requests and their stock of sim is nil and also they are not sure about when sim would be available at this store.
I reminded them that they are representing a renowned company but they said it's the normal practice.
Today i. E. 22.09.2016 morning i got a different dealing at kankurgachi reliance store who did the whole thing for me within 15 minutes.
