Hello,
I had purchased Reliance 3G Dongle ([protected]) in December 2015 . I have made the payment of Rs 930 on 18 May 2016 3 month as per my plan.
My services got disconnected from 30th may 2016.
After calling on customer care I found that I will not be able to access
Internet as I have not upgraded my dongle from 3G to 4G for which i need to pay another Rs 2800.
and when I asked the customer care executive from when I can start using using internet if i upgrade it from 3G to 4G he said that he has no idea from when i can start using the services as services are not yet started in Gujarat.
Despite of making Payment in advance for next 3 months our services were disconnected we were burden to make additional payment to start our existing connection and with no assurance that from when services will be resumed.
Later on in June when I got call from Reliance customer care Centre that I have to make payment of another Rs1500. I asked the customer care executive that for what I have to make the payment as I have not yet purchased 4G connection and I am not able to use my Existing plan
and I already had balance of 600 Rs in my account to which I was not able to use.
Customer care replied that : your plan is upgrade as now we are providing 4g services you have to pay extra 200 Rs per month
Me : But I have not purchased the 4G dongle yet and I am not using any of your services . You better disconnect my number I don't want to continue with Reliance Communication services any more.
Customer care replied that : You have to make the payment of 1500 Rs then only we can disconnect your Number
Me : But for what, I am already in loss of Rs600 which I had already paid and not able to use Now you are asking to make payment of additional Rs1500 for the services which I have not avail yet.
Customer care replied that : I will Transfer your call to our senior.
Senior Replied : Yes, You have balance of Rs600 in your account. Provide your details you don't have to pay anything extra to discontinue the number and she kept me on hold for 1 Hour with no response.
Me: I disconnected the Phone after long wait.
and I am still getting calls from Reliance Communications to make the payment.
I kindly request you to take necessary steps to resolve these issues so that other customers will not be offended as me.
