Reliance Communications — Facing problem for cdma to gsm convert (not happy with service from vendor) | |||
We (Udyog software india ltd.) using two connection for reliance wll lines[protected] and[protected]. But currently as per your company policy, we have to go in gsm compulsory. So we contact at your vapi's dealer (Priyansh mobile hub) contact person mr. Abhijit ([protected]) and submit all necessary documents on dated 13/07/2016. But still our call forwarding facility not started. And they given only one instrument against two connection. And now they also not given response regarding the same. After that we had contact your vapi area service head mr. Bhavesh lad ([protected]) regarding this query but he also not given response to us over phone. We are leading software company in india which provide solution for indian taxation and those are our customer care numbers for vapi area.
