Since Feb 2016, I am facing technical issues with Reliance internet connection(Dongle). My Reliance data card no# is [protected]. Most of the time, it runs in 20 - 50 Kbps speed and the browser will show error that there is no internet connection. In the background there will be data running in the Reliance Pro 3 application. I have raised this complaint multiple to times and also tried to use multiple computers but still the same issue.Below are few complaint numbers that I could get

Reliance customer care is the worst customer care that I have seen in my lifetime. No customer centric and no care centric. Puppets are better that the customer care executive. Its a toll number and most of the time the support person disconnect the call if they are not able to answer the questions raised, they disconnect.
The backend billing team is even worse than customer care. They point blank say that they cannot use refund as I have used more than my limit. I am on a unlimitted plan and how could they decide on my limit. They dont understand the issue as I tell them that the data card program running in the machine is using the data where I am not able to use internet.
Why would someone pay for the service which is not usable when I try to use? How could you resolve the query without checking with the customer who raised the query? Was this information helpful? |
