[Resolved] Reliance Communications — FAKE OFFER AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE | |||
Hello Sir/Madam My name is Vijay Singh, I have been deceived by RCOM, by their deceiveful offer of Rs. 246. I am getting a message mentioning that if I get recharged my mobile no. [protected] for 246 Rs. I will get 2GB+3 extra MB for winning team in the IPL. And yesterday CSK won the match they scored 189 this means I should have been get 189*3=567 MB. But sir there is no additional benefit I got till now. I called their RCOM OMG the service is very pathentic first their call is not connected very bad CS provided by the. A person namely RANJAN KUMAR said me that Sir this offer has some T&C I should call them before recharging my mobile but there is no T&C for the same offer he denied for help me and disconnected the call and now my call is not connected to RCOM. I just wanna say I have deceived by them for 567 MB suppose they have millions o[censored]ser and how much they have done for this wrong offer to the people. Please take an action against them. I am going to FLUSH IN MY TOILET MR AMBANI RCOM SIM. Will not use it anymore. Kindly find the attached photo for the same Was this information helpful? | |||
