[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Fake pre-litigation notice, no noc provided

I got the notice for a second time regarding pre-litigation case related to my data card connection and I contacted Ms.Renuka @ [protected]. She was lying that hard copy was sent and repeatedly called my mobile but was not reachable .
Some how I agreed for an amount and decided to settle down the matter. She made me pay the amount confirming that an official communication with an NOC will be sent to my email. However I am not in receipt of the same mail since One week. And Ms. Renuka doest attend to my repeated calls.

I am thinking that Reliance will again send me bills for this account as long as they dont provide me a confirmation on the closure of the account.

Please help.

Submitted My details yesterday night. till now nobody contacted me. instead got a mail with reminder for payment(Please find below). I really wanted to stop this menace.

You will appreciate that our obligation, as an operator, is to provide you with a network to make and receive calls. You, as a subscriber, are obliged to pay for the use of the network.
By this notice we call upon you to pay the above-referred amount, being Service Charges due and payable, to the Company within 3 days from the date of receipt of this notice. To avoid any legal actions in near future request you to clear the dues.
Please make the payment, through DD / Pay Order, in favor of “RWSL[protected]” payable at Bangalore not later than 3 days of receipt of this notice.
The payment of Service Charges may also be made at our authorized Web Worlds / Web World Express/to our visiting representative.
