I had been using the above mentioned data card from past 5 years with a monthly rental of Rs.550/- per month. Suddenly in the month of Feb- Mar'15 my bill amount generated of Rs.1200/-. When asked for a clarification they disconnect the line. Post which they started harassing me over the phone calls though I kept asking for the details. I am willing to make the payment for the usage I have done. But if there is no mistake in their billing why are they not giving me the itemized bill or the details. Regards, Kailash Parsad More

Updated by Kailash More I am repeatedly asking for a computer generated itemised bill for the month of Feb'15 - Mar'15 from Reliance Communications. They are sending me an excel which is not trust worthy. I have made it very clear that until and unless I get the computerised bill to understand why did they changed my plan, I will not make the payments.
Still they are harassing me with mails and missed calls. Also their lawyer(as per informed by the caller) had called and threatened me. I am a diabetic and a heart patient.

Request you to look into the matter at the earliest.
