[Resolved] Reliance Communications — False Billing - A/C no. - [protected] | |||
I had been using the above mentioned data card from past 5 years with a monthly rental of Rs.550/- per month. Suddenly in the month of Feb- Mar'15 my bill amount generated of Rs.1200/-. When asked for a clarification they disconnect the line. Post which they started harassing me over the phone calls though I kept asking for the details. I am willing to make the payment for the usage I have done. But if there is no mistake in their billing why are they not giving me the itemized bill or the details.
