[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — False commitment and cheating for retaining mob connection

I was having two mobile connection with reliance communication ([protected] and [protected]) last week i was trying to port my connection to other service provider due to bad service from reliance and i got the port code for both the numbers and then i got a call from reliance and they offer a package of 897 for 4 month bill and offer discount late payment fees of both connection rs 100 /bill and i asked for the billing details they clearly told that bill will come monthly and for months put together need to pay 897 they not mentioned that it was an advance rental plan and after some time my one connection got disconnected and next day i approached customer care then i came to know that it was an advance rental plan and i need to pay first then only i can use the connection then i asked to cancel the plan but they denied because they said that if i cancel the plan also need to pay full 4 months rent and they said that if they cancell also will get activate in bill cycle only then i asked how they activate this plan in a date other than bill cycle they said they dont know and i need to approach retention team to know the reason and then i approch retention team thalso said not possible to change the plan the said my previous plan (299) slot is not available only option is to continue this plan and then today i approach customer care in the evening for bill details then they said site is down please call after 1 hour the around 8 oclock i approached customer care executive and asked about the details then i came to know that the offer given for retaining my connection was fake no late payment veiver request was given and in 897 plan i need to pay 1022 in advance to continue the service and they are threatening me to pay the bill and i asked for the bill they said will generate only on 11th july but i need to pay this now for resuming service in [protected] then i requested for registering a complaint he said that it is not possible and he said that he will transfer the call to a senior executive from that time my call was put on hold and i am waiting for the call (From more than 1 hour)
Now for the last two hours i am waiting to get conneted to a senior executive where the executive has taken prior concent to connect my call i am sure that it is an intentional insult
