[Resolved] Reliance Communications — False generation of bills after putting to safe custody | |||||
Date: 4th dec 2015 Relationship no.[protected] I received an email and some sms on my phone stating that If I dont clear up the bill I have to be present in the court this saturday. I put my reliance netconnect (pro 3) service on safe custody in may 2015 after clearing that months bill. I continued to get monthly bills of 40 rs for 2 months and then again received a bill of 1000rs approx stating that this was the monthly rental for using net connect. I tried contacting customer care via multiple emails of which they never replied. I called them to which they answered that I should visit reliance store for disposal. Store people told to contact customer care and hence as time passed I continued to get more bills for a service which I no longer used. Finally I asked them to close my connection in october end. I started getting regular calls stating me to clear up the bill or else legal action will be taken as I kept putting my case in front of them to which the agents replied that I should pay half the bill to them and they will close the case for me. I now have a court date and some bills which are not relevant to me as described. Please give this harrassment a quick closure. Thanks. Was this information helpful? | |||||
