Reliance Communications — Forced to pay other user bill who resided my address in past as rented (2011) and postpaid security deposit amount not show in system | |||||
Without discussed with me previous request mentioned issue was solved. May I know who confirmed that issue was resoled. Yet I am suffering with same issue. Please discussed with me. Note: After frustrating I tried to close this number and then know that Postpaid security amount not updated in System they said no amount deposit. But I have receipt for same. Dhru Enterprise are not ready to accept. Need you help for below mail issue. I am continues follow up form 1-Aug-2015 but they reply proper manner & said you first name & address was same from fraud person then you need to pay the bill how has resided this address before feb 2012. Problem: As per appeal authority / document verify team my number [protected] MNP request reject (POI) due to First letter of name & address was same unpaid bill Mr Puneet Prasar i.e month of November 2011. He was reside same address as rented before Feb 2012. After Feb 2012 I have purchased this FLAT. Why I am responsible that bill because I don’t know who has stay there before Feb 2012 because I have purchased that flat Feb 2012 and applied new Electricity connection my name. I don’t know who had resided there before. You have clear check my electricity bill when Its was installed against my name March 2012 For your information: As per customer care executive & appeal authority team multiple team members requested visit nearest reliance outlet or where you submit the document they will help on this. When I have went Dhruv Enterprises Malviya Nagar Delhi outlet they said, Please contact appeal authority team they will help. In here every team move the ball other team. They said that your first name same you need to pay. CAN ANYONE tell How can match ID with NAME only. I believe you able to view to whom I talked at 9:45 AM[protected] Note: I believe you will able to view to whom I have spoken and how many times & what discussed on recorded call. I got call MR deepak (15/16 Sept 2015) from your end they said Please change you proof of ID for this number then your MNP possible or call me tomorrow will solve your issue permanent & close request at your end. They close request at your end with taking confirmation for customer. Is there any meaning raise complaint If close without taking confirmation.
